Easy to use while you’re sitting there watching a movie. Feels good and relaxing. Can get enough pressure with two hands to feel like a nice rub down if your muscles are sore. I will point out, my husband said it pulled on his leg hairs which was unpleasant. If you have long leg hair, wear sweat pants or go slow and use caution.
