First thing I noticed when I got this is it reminded me of the machines from the matrix series. It does have a decent massage function that can be adjusted. It does feel good but doesn't seem like it gives much relief when I have a headache. That could just be me though. The biggest drawback is the battery doesn't last long and has to be charged all the time.

I've seen a lot of ads for these wire massages, but I wasn't expecting much from this little electric scalp massager. I got it on a whim; I was mostly curious if it could help with tension headaches and general stress. Unfortunately, stress and anxiety bother me a lot daily.The design is fun—it looks a bit like a mechanical octopus—and the way it moves is oddly soothing. The "claws" are flexible enough to move with the shape of your head, but firm enough to apply a gentle pressure. It doesn't just vibrate; it kneads, and if you move it, the effect is even more pleasant. There are three modes, and I usually switch between them depending on how tense I feel. Does it work? The sensation distracts you, but much of my tension is in the forehead, where it can't target.It's surprisingly quiet, which matters more than I thought it would. No annoying buzzing or rattling sounds, just a quiet hum and the sensation of soft little grips working out stress.If I had to change anything, I wish the battery lasted longer between charges. It's not bad, but I find myself plugging it in more often than expected. Still, that's a small tradeoff given the size and that you can't really expect it to have a large battery and not be too heavy.Honestly, I feel it's a bit more gimmicky than true relief, but it offers targeted relief far better than without. For those with true tension headaches in the scalp, try this if nothing else is working for you.

If you like the regular head scratcher, you will probably enjoy this massager. The only change is that you don't have to move up and down this device, you just let it on your head and enjoy it.It has 3 modes: automatic (on and off for short period of time), constant vibration low, and constant vibration high. The latter is a bit too much for me, but 1st and 2nd are just great. I even got goosebumps the first time I tried it, super relaxing.It feels well made, not flimsy at all.Price-wise, is a bit expensive compare to regular massage devices, so this is the only downside I can think of.
