Does everything it says and then some. Wife has sciatica and she uses every function on this thing. It has definitely helped her get out of bed in the mornings!

I’ve been using this device for over two weeks now, and it’s been an interesting experience. It has helped with my pain, but placement is key—you’ll definitely feel it if it’s not positioned correctly. I do think the instructions could be improved, especially with more guidance on proper placement and whether there are other ways to use it.I’ve been using the standard vibration mode, and it works well. I really like the addition of infrared; it makes my back feel great.

I have had back pain for several years. I have followed stretching routines, resistance training and staying active. I definitely see the benefits of doing so.During and immediately after, there is discomfort. But a few minutes after getting up and moving about, it was good. No pain for several hours. I am using this twice a day.I have only had the device for a week, and have seen improvement. I am hopeful after a few more weeks the improvements will continue.I have not used the EMS yet. This device has provided great relief for my lower back. It’s easy to use and the combination of EMS, vibration, heat, and traction makes this product a good value for the money spent.
